Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers. Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and project updates.
Coordinate project information between clients and internal technical, quality, and logistics teams.
Manage order processing, documentation, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Support quotations, contracts, and change orders in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
Track and report customer feedback to management, in order to drive continuous improvement.
Accurately report and record any deviations, damages, risks and concerns.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (including customs and controlled substances management).
Undertake Ad Hoc requests from Management outside of the core responsibilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or client relations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of cGMP environments and pharmaceutical supply chain processes preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
