Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to provide professional and proactive support to our customers. In this role, you will manage complete order processing, including confirmations, delivery tracking, invoices, and delivery notes, while serving as the first point of contact for inquiries. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure the customer database is up to date. The ideal candidate has commercial training, a customer- and service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, proficiency in English, and enjoys communication and teamwork. Experience with merchandise management programs or customs processes is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Complete order processing (order confirmation, monitoring delivery dates, invoices, and delivery notes)
- Responding to inquiries
- Working closely with internal departments
- Documentation (customer relationship management)
- Maintaining customer database
Qualifications
- Commercial training
- Customer- and service-oriented approach to work
- Knowledge of merchandise management programs is an advantage
- Independent, organized, and conscientious work ethic
- Commitment and willingness to pursue further training
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken English
- Enjoyment of communication
- Customs experience, if applicable
