Description
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to manage orders, support customer acquisition, and maintain client databases. You will prepare quotes, coordinate with sales management, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has commercial training, 1–2 years of sales experience, excellent German and English skills, and a structured, reliable, and organized approach.
Responsibilities
- Process and track orders (national and international).
- Prepare quotes in coordination with the sales management.
- Maintain and update relevant customer databases.
- Conduct research for new customers and support customer acquisition.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial/vocational training.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer support.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
- Confident use of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen.
- Structured and organized working style.
- Reliability and resilience.
- Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
