Description
We are looking for a Production Employee (m/f/d) to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment. You will handle raw materials, ensure accurate documentation of production steps, and perform control checks on computer-assisted systems. The ideal candidate has technical skills, a precise and reliable work style, good German knowledge, and enjoys working as part of a team. Shift work is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate, load, and clean machines and equipment (including assembly tasks).
- Perform control and inspection activities on computer-assisted systems.
- Carry out necessary calculations during production processes.
- Handle pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials.
- Document all production-related work steps accurately.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field – career changers are also very welcome.
- Manual skills and strong technical understanding.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Precise and independent working style.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Clean and organized approach to work.
- Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night shifts).
