Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our pharmaceutical milling and micronization operations. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality production, adherence to safety and cGMP standards, and efficient workflow within our manufacturing and warehousing environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, dependable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing and warehousing environments is preferred. Willingness to work a rotational 3 shift basis.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor milling, micronization, and related processing equipment.
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Perform equipment setup, disassembly, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Accurately document production data and material movements. Accurately report and record any deviations, damages, risks and concerns.
- Handle material receipt, storage, and inventory transactions in accordance with cGMP procedures.
- Prepare materials for production and coordinate product transfers to and from the warehouse.
- Assist in material handling, weighing, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain a clean and organized production and warehouse area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and occasional weekend work.
- Undertake Ad Hoc requests from Management outside of the core responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in cGMP manufacturing or warehouse operations is an asset.
- Forklift certification or material handling experience an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts and handle physical tasks in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow precise instructions
