Description
We are seeking a Technician for Production and Plant Engineering (m/f/d) to maintain, optimize, and support our production facilities. You will handle regular maintenance, equipment installation and upgrades, supervise contractors, manage spare parts, and ensure workplace safety and reliable supply of utilities. The ideal candidate has technical training, strong practical skills, an independent and precise work style, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular maintenance and servicing of production areas, equipment, and supply lines according to established schedules, including keeping logbooks.
- Carry out modifications and expansions in production areas or supervise external contractors performing such work.
- Procure, install, and commission new production equipment and devices, ensuring complete documentation.
- Implement measures to increase equipment availability and ensure the supply of process air, electricity, and water.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare and wear parts.
- Implement workplace safety measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create, update, and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the area of production engineering.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field.
- Manual skills and strong technical understanding.
- Good command of German, both written and spoken.
- Precise and independent working style.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
