Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock control, order processing in the ERP system, ensuring proper storage conditions, and coordinating shipments with carriers. The ideal candidate has vocational training in logistics, experience with warehouse management systems, a forklift license, a valid driver’s license, good German skills, and a structured, reliable, and team-oriented work style. Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
- Store all materials according to company procedures.
- Prepare and issue packaging materials, primary packaging, and raw materials.
- Process entries in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct inventory checks of all materials and trigger reorders as needed.
- Pick and dispatch finished products, perform departure checks according to ADR regulations, and hand over shipments to carriers.
- Ensure and document proper climatic storage conditions.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in logistics.
- Experience in logistics and working with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift license required.
- Valid Class B driver’s license required.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Independent, organized, and conscientious working style.
